The liver is a key organ that responsible for the metabolism of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates absorption storage micronutrients. Unfortunately, prevalence chronic diseases at various stages advancement in world population significant. Due to physiological function liver, its dysfunction can lead malnutrition sarcopenia, patient’s nutritional status an important prognostic factor. This review discusses issues related diet therapy patients with diseases, as well those qualified transplantation postoperative period.
